Returns & Exchanges Policy
- Returns are accepted within 2 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking date.
- Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking date.
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Customers must inform us via email before returning an item, and returns/exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

- Item arrived damaged or with defective packaging.
- Item has defects.
- Delivery was delayed beyond the promised time.
- Shipper did not allow inspection before payment.
All returned product(s) must be:
- In original packaging.
- Safety wrapped, undamaged, and unworn.
- Packed securely in a carton box (ideally the same one used for delivery) to protect during transport.
