We will offer a 12-month warranty for our bags, which would only cover damage to the bag’s zip, sliders, magnets, and seams. 

Cuts and bruises, daily wear and tear, overexposure to water and heat, unauthorized repair, negligence from the courier company while delivering the product, damage to leather, and vegan leather are not covered by warranty.

If a customer wants to get his/her bag repaired, we may have to take significant time to repair it, as the exact time will depend on the extent of the damages. 

In order to get their bag repaired, the customer will have to courier their bag to this address: A-720, Prem Nagar, Nabi Karim, Paharganj, New Delhi – 110055.

The customer must present their warranty card (which we will provide on the purchase) and their original invoice to us as well.

Any dispute arising on the purchase, usage, or warranty shall be settled in the jurisdiction courts in Delhi only.
