Returns & Exchanges Policy

• Returns are accepted within 2 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking date.
• Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking date.
• Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Customers must inform us via email before returning an item, and returns/exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong item received.
• Item arrived damaged or with defective packaging.
• Item has defects.
• Delivery was delayed beyond the promised time.
• Shipper did not allow inspection before payment.

All returned product(s) must be:

• In original packaging.
• Safety wrapped, undamaged, and unworn.
• Packed securely in a carton box (ideally the same one used for delivery) to protect during transport.
