Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or defective items received
  • Damaged items upon arrival

Important Notes

  • Size-Related Refunds: We do not offer refunds for items ordered in incorrect sizes. All product dimensions are clearly provided in the product details. Please verify sizes before purchasing.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all returns and exchanges.
  • Deductions: In the case of a return or exchange, the shipping charges and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 4 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items cannot be refunded, such as:

Late or Missing Refunds
